Resilient Rover Online Store Refunds And Returns Policy
If you are looking to return items from your order due to wrong size or simply change of heart we are here to help!
If you would like to return your item we are happy to offer a full refund minus return shipping costs. These conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:
The item is unwashed and in the original condition as purchased.
The item is not a gift card or personalized item.
You notify us within 15 days of the item being delivered.
We receive the returned item within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@resilientrover.com within 15 days of receipt of your item to notify us that you would like to return it. Please include details of the item’s condition and a photo of the item.
We will review your request upon receipt. Once your return is approved by our returns team, you’ll be emailed a return postage label along with packing instructions. Please pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the specified carrier.
After your return is received and processed by our team, your refund will be issued right away, for the price of the item, tax, and original shipping cost, minus the cost of return shipping. Your financial institution may take 7–10 business days to post the credit to your original payment method.
Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items:
If any items you receive are incorrect, faulty or damaged, please email info@resilientrover.com within 7 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include details of the fault/damage and a photo of the incorrect/faulty/damaged item so our returns team can review.
Once your return is approved by our returns team, you’ll be emailed a return postage label along with step-by-step packing instructions.
Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/color in stock – which may cause delays in replacing your item. If the original item is in stock, we will ship a replacement item as fast as possible once the return is received. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the replacement, or receive a refund.
Our return policy does not cover items that are used and/or experience any wear and tear.
We are unable to take any responsibility for injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
