Step 1:
Please Read the Resilient Rover Board-and-Train Agreement and Liability Waiver
We update the terms and conditions periodically. Even if you have read the agreement before for a prior stay, please review to ensure you understand and accept the most current terms and conditions.
Step 3: Schedule home pickup / dropoff.
Skip this step if you plan to pickup/dropoff at Resilient Rover HQ.
In-zone home pickup/dropoff is offered at no charge (pickup/dropoff at a day/time when we are already in your zone).
Out-of-zone pickup/dropoff (leaving another scheduled zone for pickup/dropoff) is available for an additional $20.

Step 4:
Hold your stay with a 1-day deposit.
Deposit Terms and Conditions
Client acknowledges that Trainer reserves the scheduled dates for Client and may modify Trainer’s business schedule and availability in reliance on the reservation. If Client cancels the Board-and-Train reservation, the following refund policy applies:
iMore than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the stay: Client will receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of the reservation deposit.
Between seventy-two (72) hours and forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start of the stay: Client will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of the reservation deposit.
Less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start of the stay: The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
