Each package includes a certain number of portraits. You will have been provided a promo code via email, which covers the cost of those portraits on original background color. We are happy to change the background to a color of your choosing, for $10 per portrait.

Additional portraits beyond the number included in your package can be purchased anytime for $25 per portrait, on original background color. Color changes are available for $10 per portrait.
Digital Sizes, Formats and Timeline
Each portrait comes digitally in 5 sizes:
1) Print-Resolution Uncropped
2) Print-Resolution Portrait Crop
3) Email & Web Resolution Portrait Crop
4) 9:16 or 16:9 crop for stories, reels & tiktok
5) 4:5 Crop for Instagram & Facebook.
In most cases, your digital portraits should be ready in 4-6 days from when you place your order online, but sometimes it does take a little longer. Thank you for your patience!
Prints
Each portrait also includes a free 8x10 print. In most cases, prints will come in the mail 10-14 days after digital files are delivered.
We order prints from our vendor in NYC (Printique by Adorama), receive them at Resilient Rover HQ, inspect them for quality, then ship them out to you. If you would like to expedite shipping and skip our quality inspection, please contact us at photography@resilientrover.com and we will be happy to coordinate shipping directly to you.
After we complete our quality inspection, you have 2 options for shipping from our HQ in San Francisco to your address.

1) FREE: USPS First Class Mail - 3-4 Business Days - no tracking number
2) $8.40: USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope - 1-2 Business Days - includes tracking number
