How to Redeem The Portraits Already Paid-for in Your Package Each package includes a certain number of portraits. You will have been provided a promo code via email, which covers the cost of those portraits on original background color. Use the promo code at checkout to take the price of the portraits you already paid for off of your total. Please contact us at photography@resilientrover.com if you do not have a promo code.
Want more portraits? Additional portraits beyond the number included in your package can be purchased anytime for $30 per portrait, on original background color.
Want to change the background color? Color changes require significantly more time and labor, and they are available as an add-on for $20 per portrait. At checkout, you can choose your color. Please note, extreme color changes will not be possible - for example changing a black backdrop to white. We will contact you via email if we are not able to accommodate a requested color change.
Digital Portraits - Sizes and Timeline for Delivery Each portrait comes digitally in 5 sizes:
1) Print-Resolution Uncropped - ultra hi-res TIFF file
2) Print-Resolution Portrait Crop - hi-res TIFF
3) Medium Resolution Portrait Crop - JPEG
4) 9:16 or 16:9 crop for stories, reels & tiktok - web-res JPEG
5) 4:5 Crop for Instagram & Facebook - web-res JPEG
In most cases, your digital portraits will be delivered in 5-7 business days from when you place your order online. Sometimes it does take a little longer. We are a small business working hard to make everyone's portraits perfect. Thank you for your patience!
Your Free 8x10 Prints Each portrait also includes one free 8x10 print. In most cases, prints will come in the mail 10-14 calendar days after digital portraits are delivered.
We order prints from our supplier in NYC (Printique by Adorama). We receive them first at Resilient Rover HQ in San Francisco, so we can inspect them for quality before shipping them out to you. If you would like to expedite shipping and skip our quality inspection, we are happy to help. Please contact us at photography@resilientrover.com and we will be happy to coordinate shipping directly to you.
You have 2 options for shipping:
1) USPS First Class Mail (No Cost) - Delivers in 3-4 Business Days - No Tracking or Insurance 2) RECOMMENDED: USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope ($11.85 - at cost, no markup) - Delivers in 1-2 Business Days - Tracking Number and Insurance Included
