In most cases, your digital portraits should be ready in 4-6 days from when you place your order, but sometimes it does take a little longer. Thank you for your patience!
Prints come in the mail 10-14 days after digital files are delivered. We order prints from our vendor in NYC (Printique by Adorama), receive them at our address first, inspect them for quality, then ship them out to you. If you would like to expedite shipping and forego our quality inspection, please contact us at photography@resilientrover.com and we will be happy to help coordinate.
After we complete our inspection of the prints, you have 2 options for shipping from our address in San Francisco to your home. Important note: these delivery time-frames are from the day we ship them, not from the day your place your order.
1) FREE: USPS First Class Mail - 3-4 Business Days - no tracking number
2) $8.40: USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope - 1-2 Business Days - includes tracking number
