How it works
Step 1: Free Consultation - let’s hop on Zoom and chat about your vision for the event. Where do you want to have it? How many guests? What activities? What type of food and beverage? Music? Props? Decor? Photography?
Step 2: Custom quote - we will reach out to our partners and suppliers and come back with a detailed proposal for how to turn your vision into reality. We’ll give you 2-3 options for cost and timeline, depending on how big or small you want to go.
Step 3: Contracting and First 50% - once we’re settled on a final plan, we will provide a detailed agreement with terms and conditions, and an itemized statement of work. You sign, we pre-bill 50% upfront, and once that first invoice is paid, we’re off to the races. Depending on complexity, we generally need a minimum of 3 business weeks for execution.
Step 4: Milestone reviews - as we work toward the big day, we’ll schedule and facilitate key milestone reviews via Zoom. We will also keep you posted via a comprehensive and collaborative tracking document that itemizes all components of the program, from planned to completed and from estimated to actualized. That way there are no surprises when it comes to any aspect of the event.
Step 5: Final 50% - the final 50% is due 5 days prior to event day. We will keep you posted and provide alternative options if there are any unexpected changes to budgeted costs. Surprises are only for party-goers, never for the planner.
Step 6: Event Day - we manage the party from soup to nuts on the day, ensuring all of the details are just right.
Step 7: Debrief - within 3 business days after the event we’ll hop on Zoom, give you a recap, share initial photos, and share project plans for any contacted post-production work.
Step 8: Post Production - during this phase, we will work on all deliverables and assets in the plan. For example, if we had a photo booth at the party, we will finish everyone’s photos. Or if we had a videographer onsite, we will complete the editing and mixing. As with pre-production, we will keep you posted on milestones and detailed costs as we go.
Step 9: Final Delivery - last but not least we will hand over completed post-production work. Final digital photos and/or prints. Final videos, etc. Whatever was in the plan will be completed in a timely manner and handed over to you and your guests, based on your direction.
