Our six photo packages are organized around the number of final portraits you would like.
Each portrait is delivered digitally plus one 8x10 print.

Each portrait comes digitally in 5 sizes:
1) Print-Resolution Uncropped (Hi res TIFF file, usually up to 20-25” at 240dpi)
2) Print-Resolution Portrait Crop (Hi res TIFF file, typically 16x20 at 300dpi)
3) Email & Web Resolution Portrait Crop (JPEG the same size as #2, reduced to 72dpi)
4) 9:16 or 16:9 crop for stories, reels & tiktok (JPEG 9” x 16” at 72dpi)
5) 4:5 Crop for Instagram & Facebook (JPEG 8” x 10” at 72dpi)
In most cases, digital files will be sent via email 5-7 business days after you choose your selects online. Sometimes when volume is high, it does take a little longer. We’re a small business working hard to deliver perfect portraits as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Each portrait comes with a free 8x10 print. In most cases, prints will come in the mail 10-14 calendar days after digital files are delivered.
We order prints from our supplier in NYC (Printique by Adorama). First we receive them at Resilient Rover HQ so we can inspect them for quality. Then we ship them out to you.
You can choose USPS First Class (No Tracking #) at no additional cost. Or USPS Priority Mail (Tracking and Insurance), passed through at cost, with no markup.
